• Players must comply with the rules of each game they participate in.

• Players must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Failure to comply will result in immediate account suspension.

• FriendGammon is not liable for damages resulting from service disruptions, including but not limited to technical failures, data loss, or unauthorized access.

• Players use the Service at their own risk.

8. Chat and Communication

• Players are fully responsible for the content they post in chat.

• FriendGammon does not monitor chat content but reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

9. Account Access & Data Processing

• FriendGammon reserves the right to access player accounts for technical and administrative purposes.

• Third-party service providers may access player accounts as necessary to provide the Service but are bound by confidentiality obligations.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes not covered by these Terms, the FriendGammon administration will have the final decision.

• The administration reserves the right to deny service to any player at any time.

11. Service Availability & Refunds

• FriendGammon is not liable for downtime, lag, or service interruptions.

• No refunds will be provided for any reason.
